Issuing receipts

Customers who order from our store can get a receipt online.

Receipt issuing procedure

1. Access the receipt issuance/delivery status confirmation page .

2. Enter your order code and the name you used when placing your order to log in.

Step 01 of issuing receipts

3. Once you log in, there will be a button that says "Download receipt." Please press this.

Step 02 of issuing receipts

4. On the next screen, please check the "Name," "Title," and "Notes" (these three items can be changed), and then press the "Register" button.

5. On the next screen, press the "Download" button to download the receipt in PDF format.

Step 03 of issuing receipts

*The URL for issuing a receipt and checking delivery status, order code, and name are also included in the “GoGo Curry Official Online Store: Shipping Information” email that is sent to you at the time of shipment.
*The amount on the receipt cannot be changed.
*The date on the receipt will be the date you "registered" in step 4. (It is not the date of purchase.)
*The receipt will be issued by "GoGo Curry Group Co., Ltd."
*If you pay at a convenience store, the receipt given to you at the time of actual payment is the official receipt, so it cannot be issued from the receipt issuance/delivery status confirmation page.
