Convenience store payment | After placing your order, please pay at a convenience store, and your order will be shipped after we confirm your payment. *A payment fee of 190 yen will be charged when paying at a convenience store. *Payment deadline is 2 days after order completion. |

Shipping method and shipping fee
- We will ship your order via Yamato Transport's Takkyubin or Nekopos.
- After your order is completed, it will usually be delivered within 2 to 5 days. (We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.)
- Delivery is only available within Japan, we do not ship overseas.

Mail delivery | It will be delivered to your mailbox by Yamato Transport's "Nekoposu" (a flat rate of 400 yen nationwide). You can track it using the shipping slip number. |

Whether you choose courier or mail delivery, we will notify you by email once your order has been shipped, along with the tracking number.
<When the orderer and delivery address are different>
If the "orderer" and "delivery address" are different, we will write the "orderer's name" as the "sender name" on the delivery slip and our store's information as the "sender address".
<Regarding receipts and delivery notes>
In order to reduce CO2 emissions and to comply with the handling of personal information, a delivery note is not included with your order.

<If you are unable to receive the product and it is returned>
If the product is returned due to an extended absence or an incorrect address, your order will be cancelled.
