What is GoGo Curry?

Kanazawa curry continues to be loved

Kanazawa curry has been loved for a long time! Its definition is as follows:
  • The roux is thick and gooey.
  • It comes with shredded cabbage as a garnish.
  • Served on a stainless steel plate.
  • Eat with a fork or spork.
  • The cutlet is placed on top of the roux and then topped with sauce.

Addictive taste! GoGo Curry

There are many reasons why it has an addictive taste.
We take great care in our production process, carefully selecting our ingredients, and serve curry every day with love and energy.

The secret behind GoGo Curry's popularity is,

Our special original roux is made by simmering 55 steps over a period of 5 hours! We let it sit for 55 hours to mature the flavor.

That's one of the reasons why it has such an addictive taste.

We also pay special attention to the ingredients we use. We carefully select the best ingredients for GoGo Curry, such as rice, vegetables, and meat. By carefully selecting our ingredients, we can provide safe and secure curry every day.
