Notice regarding the end of Yamato Transport's Nekoposu forwarding service and the start of freight collection when changing (forwarding) the delivery address

We would like to inform you that Yamato Transport has recently made some changes to its regulations.

As of Wednesday, May 31, 2023, we will no longer be accepting requests for Nekoposu forwarding.
Starting from June 1, 2023 (Thursday), a shipping fee will be charged for forwarding luggage.
When you order Takkyubin or Takkyubin Compact and the delivery address is changed (forwarded) to an address different from the address written on the shipping slip due to "wrong delivery address", "long absence", "moving", etc., a shipping fee will be charged according to the changed address, and you will be responsible for the shipping fee (cash on delivery) at the forwarding address. Please note that for Nekopos orders , the order will be canceled because it cannot be forwarded and will be returned .

Regarding address change (forwarding) requests after shipment from our store

Due to this revision, if you have any requests to change (forward) your delivery address after the product has been shipped, please contact Yamato Transport directly .

*We cannot guarantee any additional shipping charges incurred due to forwarding.
