GoGoCurry Group Co., Ltd.

GoGo Curry Group Co., Ltd. (Head office: Kanazawa City, Ishikawa Prefecture; Representative Director: Nishihata Makoto; hereinafter "GoGo Curry") is pleased to announce its plans to open a total of 12 new stores between the end of February and June as part of its store opening plans for the first half of 2026. The plan includes four stores in the Kanto region, one store in the Kinki region, one store in the Chugoku region, one store in the Kyushu region, and five stores overseas, accelerating store openings both in terms of expanding coverage in major domestic areas and in terms of overseas expansion.

Details of the stores (store name, location, opening date, opening commemorative measures, etc.) will be announced as soon as they are decided.

This plan takes into account recent business trends.
While the store experience is at its core, GoGo Curry has expanded its brand contact points through the sale of products such as retort pouches, collaborative menus with companies and local governments, and participatory initiatives based on social media. These efforts have contributed to increasing store visit frequency, creating buzz, and attracting new customers, and have been well-received as a comprehensive promotion.
In the first half of 2026, based on these successes, we aim to spread the food culture of Kanazawa curry even more widely by conducting more proactive sales and opening new stores.

Overview of store opening plans (February to May 2026)

The rush of new stores in the first half of 2026 will be regionally dispersed, promoting the appeal of Kanazawa curry to a wide range of regions. In areas where there is already strong demand, we will deepen our dominance, and in areas where the number of stores has been limited until now, we will prioritize gaining initial recognition, leading to not only short-term buzz but also stable management in the medium to long term.

The location and business format of each store will be optimized according to the characteristics of the store, such as in front of a station, in a commercial facility, or on the roadside, in order to balance turnover during peak hours with takeout demand, as well as to streamline staff operations.

The locations of individual stores (cities, towns, villages, locations, and opening dates) will be announced one by one as they are finalized, taking into account discussions with local partners, construction schedules, recruitment status, etc.

In addition to traditional stores, we will introduce a new format that emphasizes "experience value = new ways to enjoy"

In addition to the traditional store format, the new store openings in the first half of 2026 will also feature a new format designed to allow customers to enjoy Kanazawa curry in a format different from previous GoGo Curry stores.

Specifically, this is a new, smaller store format that will enable us to open stores in more specific areas and make it easier for single customers, female customers, and children to make purchases and take home.

Stores with the mobility to expand into areas with easier access to GoGo Curry will also function as a platform for collaboration with areas, local governments, and other companies with various eating needs.GoGo Curry aims to build sustainable brand assets by designing reasons for customers to visit its stores, rather than simply increasing the number of stores.

Comments from the store opening and sales manager

"The first half of 2026 is the time for GoGo Curry to clearly set a goal of "re-accelerating store openings." Recently, our collaboration menus and promotions have been well received, expanding our brand contact points.
We believe our next step in growth is to make the "Kanazawa curry experience" an everyday option in more areas by expanding our store network and updating our experience design.
In addition to traditional stores, we will also incorporate new formats, and will balance operations rooted in the local community with expansion nationwide and overseas."

(Toru Mizuno, General Manager of Sales Division)
