Bringing energy to Noto!! GoGo Curry will continue the "Noto Peninsula Earthquake and Heavy Rain Reconstruction GoGo Project."

We would like to express our deepest condolences to those who lost their lives in the 2024 Noto Peninsula Earthquake, which originated in the Noto region of Ishikawa Prefecture, and the subsequent 2024 Oku-Noto Heavy Rains, and we would like to extend our heartfelt sympathies to all those affected, as well as their families and those involved. We would also like to express our deepest respect to all those who are working hard to support the reconstruction of the affected areas.

In order to help the affected areas as much as possible, the "Reconstruction Go-Go Project" will continue to provide supplies, provide Go-Go Curry at soup kitchens in the affected areas, and collect donations at group stores. In addition, to kick off 2025, the following new actions will be implemented in January.

At the beginning of the year, some stores will be selling a limited number of "Noto Pork Loin Cutlet Curry" servings per day.
This special menu is in response to the "For Noto, for Ishikawa - Support Consumption Request Project" being promoted by Ishikawa Prefecture, and is intended to convey the charms of Noto while allowing customers to enjoy delicious food in the style of GoGo Curry.

About Noto Pig:

Pork produced in Ishikawa Prefecture is called "Noto pork." It is characterized by its chewy meat texture and sweet flavor that spreads slowly in your mouth. The definition of Noto pork is as follows:

- Those that have been raised and shipped within Ishikawa Prefecture

- Meat slaughtered at the Kanazawa Meat Distribution Center

- Graded by the Japan Meat Grading Association

- Safe and secure products produced under hygienic control

Following the 2024 Noto Peninsula Earthquake, Noto and areas south of Kanazawa have been severely affected, with sales falling sharply for businesses involved in food and beverage, tourism, and the manufacturing and sales of local products.
For this reason, Ishikawa Prefecture is promoting activities to increase support through consumption by having stores and products display a common logo.

In the disaster-stricken areas, many people are still forced to live difficult lives in the harsh weather and the situation remains unpredictable, but we sincerely hope that peaceful daily life will return as soon as possible.
