We serve curry sauce made in Japan as is. Go Go Curry will reopen in Times Square and also open its first store in Los Angeles! The second chapter of Go Go Curry's expansion into the US
The flavor beloved by New Yorkers is finally returning this summer.
The Go Go Curry Group (headquarters: Kanazawa City, Ishikawa Prefecture; President and CEO: Nishihata Makoto) will be reopening its flagship store in Times Square, the heart of Manhattan, New York, USA, on Friday, July 25, 2025.

This store had previously been operated by a partner company, but in order to further improve service, it will reopen with a new look and be directly operated by Go Go Curry USA, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of our company.
The hugely popular "Japanese curry" is now being "directly exported with the authentic taste"
Go! Go! Curry opened its first store in Tokyo in 2003 and expanded into the US in 2007. It introduced its unique style of "Kanazawa curry" in New York and has captivated many curry fans. The combination of rich curry served on a stainless steel plate, crispy pork cutlet, shredded cabbage, and special sauce quickly became a hot topic, and the chain now operates over 120 stores worldwide.
Curry sauce made in Japan is directly exported to the U.S., providing the same unchanging flavor, allowing locals to once again experience the "authentic Go! Go! Curry."

Go Go Curry opens its first store in Los Angeles on the West Coast!
In addition to this reopening, the company will also open its first store in Los Angeles on the west coast of the United States. This collaboration with a new partner company will be the first step in spreading the appeal of Go!Go! Curry across the United States.
Our US business, which has so far been centered on the East Coast, will accelerate its expansion to all parts of the US, including the West Coast, and enter a new stage of growth, not only through our directly managed restaurants but also through our partner companies, centered around Go Go Curry USA, Inc. We aim to take on further challenges and development as we enter our "second founding period" since entering the US in 2007.
[GoGoCurry Group Co., Ltd.]
Founded in 2003, the first store opened in Shinjuku, Tokyo in 2004, sparking the "Kanazawa curry boom." The Kanazawa flagship store opened in 2005, and in 2007, the first store overseas opened in Times Square, New York. Since 2017, the company has been focusing on business succession-type M&A, taking over the operation of Kanazawa's long-established Indian curry restaurant "Hot House" and in 2019, the original Kanazawa curry "Turban Curry." In January 2023, the company moved its headquarters from Tokyo to Kanazawa, and in March, Nishihata Makoto, who came from a major IT company, was appointed CEO and President and Representative Director. The GoGo Curry Group aims to be "the world's number one curry specialty trading company," and has about 120 stores both in Japan and overseas.
